Terms of use

The service
FPM Billing (https://billing.fpmllc.com) is a private billing tool provided by Christy Professional Group, LLC ("we") to First Petroleum Management, LLC (FPM Hauling) ("FPM") under the agreement between them. These terms apply to everyone who uses it. Where the agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.
Who may use it
Only people FPM has authorized, each with their own sign-in. Keep your password private and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
Connecting QuickBooks
By connecting FPM's QuickBooks Online company, an authorized FPM user allows the service to read FPM's customers, invoices and products, and to save the prices and notes it calculates back to those invoices. FPM can disconnect at any time, in the tool's settings or in QuickBooks; the service then stops reading and writing. QuickBooks itself is provided by Intuit under Intuit's own terms.
FPM's data
FPM owns its data. We use it only to provide the service, and keep and delete it as described in our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- try to get into accounts, data or parts of the service you aren't authorized to use;
- interfere with the service or test its security without our written permission;
- use the service to break the law or anyone else's rights.
Checking the results
The service calculates prices and builds files from the rates and settings FPM enters. FPM is responsible for those rates and settings and for reviewing what the service flags for attention.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". Except as the agreement says otherwise, we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we disclaim implied warranties to the extent the law allows.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, and our total liability is limited as set out in the agreement.
Ending the service
The service ends when the agreement ends, or earlier if a user's access is withdrawn by FPM. We may suspend access that puts the service or FPM's data at risk; we'll tell FPM promptly if we do. We may terminate an account that breaks these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Changes to these terms
We'll update the date at the top of this page when the terms change, and tell FPM about any important change before it takes effect.
